Making a Difference

Having spent virtually our entire career in the recruiting industry, we were continually frustrated by what we saw as a focus on simply mass faxing of mostly unqualified resumes of candidates that did not even know any details about the position they have been submitted for .…quantity over quality, if you will. Obviously, everyone wants and needs to make a fair return on their investment in time and basic overhead, but we knew there was a better way to meet that objective while at the same time providing both clients and candidates a significantly better experience.

We organized Platinum Solutions with the basic philosophy that we could not be all things to all people. First, we narrowed our focus to three basic industry segments: Accounting/Finance, Engineering and Information Technology. Second, we determined that we would accept only search assignments for professional and mid to senior level positions. Third, and probably most significantly, we decided that if we were to professionally fulfill our role, we must have face-to-face meetings with all clients and candidates.

After years of extraordinary growth and success, we’re convinced that rather than being impractical optimists, we have actually done our part to raise industry standards. No, we don’t solicit every employer. No, we don’t rely on broad, impersonal, on-line search techniques to discover candidates and positions. As a result, we challenge any competitor to match the level of satisfaction expressed by both our clients and candidates. (In fact, one of our clients, for whom we have filled in excess of 20 positions over the years, still employs all but one of their Platinum Solutions hires today!)

We’re proud of the team we’ve built and very excited about the positive feedback we continue to receive from clients and candidates alike. We are indeed “recruiting long-term relationships” by continuing to focus on and apply our original principles.

We invite you to experience the Platinum Solutions difference. Call or e-mail to arrange a "personal meeting".

Respectfully,
